They sure look quite nice

Miller-8 bought one from Superfi I believe and hasn't appeared to post much since. Maybe he's happy with it?

Utrasonic,
Give Brown Bottle a PM he owns an Evo CD and Amp and is very happy with the combo.

For the price, especially the SuperFi price, they are great value IMO. Black looks better IMO and is more expensive at SuperFi I think.
SSM's speaker Blog in the review section is a good read andwill give you amore eloquent description of the Evo stuff.

I currently own the Evo amp and CD player and have enjoyed them very much since buying them. As a previous poster stated they make for a very enjoyable listening experience.
I actually have my Evo CD for sale in the classifieds as i've just ordered an Azur 840C...it's not that i'm dissatisfied with the Creek but i'm attracted to the Azurs capability as a DAC that i can run my Yamaha hard drive player through.
If you make a revolution, make it for fun,
don\'t make it in ghastly seriousness,
don\'t do it in deadly earnest,
do it for fun.

Heard the Creeks head to head against the cheaper NAD combination and i have to say they certainly sound 'different'...
Both systems had their pro's and con's as always - NAD + fuller bodied, more solid bass and composure - Creeks, on its toes, airy highs and a nice crisp lightness and agility in its presentation. If i had a smaller room and went for some quality standmounts i'd definately go for the creek...Also they didn't sound as confident and effortless at high volumes where as the beefy c372 didn't break a sweat
I have to say now its all intalled at home the understated purposeful look of the NAD units in grey has grown on me. The good looks of the rosenut RS6's makes up for it
