Anyway, the one I heard was very nice - good quality DD stability and a nicely focused soundstage. It also had a nicely emotive midrange, mind you it didn't have one of them Rega things on it..........

I tried a Notts Analogue Interspace tt - lots of hifi-cred - it did sound a little bit better but decided to move that on and stay with my Denon for its convenience features. It wasn't at all night & day sound-wise. I bet the Luxman sounds good, too.

I know a ebayer that's got a Fons CQ30 (In pristine condition)
And he also has aAriston RD80 and an Oracle Delphi, Expensive though.
Early this AM, I put an offer of 400 pounds on the Luxman PD131S. Still waitingto see if the seller will accept my offer or not.
