Fantastic images Rockmeister - very good indeed
Went on my walking course, unfortunately we didn't get very far due to the rain but I took a few.

Like the graffiti shots Tel especially the close ups. Is this an 'officially sanctioned wall' as it looks very neat and tidy. I know in many areas it can get out of hand with all the gang stuff but some of these hooligans and chavs are actually bloody talented with a can of paint.
I've got a black belt in 'no-can-do'.
There are three small 'car park' areas down one street which runs parallel to North Laines. It is the back of a load of shops.
It is a project started by the Council with local groups in 1996 and is still going, the artwork gets changed now and then. It gets left alone by the 'taggers'
Now it is a bit of a tourist attraction used a lot by photography students! There are some Youtube uploads too.
Really beautiful Mark, like a painting, very tranquil and peaceful scene.
Some random shots from this mornings dog walk
Woodbine (Common Honeysuckle)
Moo you looking at
Dung Flies on Cow Parsnip
Great work John, the mono stuff is really good, I particularly like the mono rendering in 'woodlight'.
Tel, the graphic nature of graffiti makes it an ideal subject and, as you've discovered, close ups make excellent photographs. If you're interested I've done an AV on graffiti which can be downloaded here (PC only).
Lovely images Mark, as usual.
Barney, just shows what can be seen if you actually get up and go somewhere.
Marj, my wife and best friend, says my passions are obsessions.
A couple a bit more abstract I took yesterday
Your 'woodlight' photo is simply stunning! I'd buy that to hang proudly on my wall.
Whitby seems to be a bit of a habit for me lately, these were taken about 01:00

The best hifi show in the UK today - http://www.thehifishow.com/
Finished my Course this evening, had to post a few!
I think I will start a separate thread about it as it was quite amazing.
I learnt loads, all these pics are straight off the camera as learning post production techniques is a bit further down the road.
