I'm fortunate that I've got a semi-dedicated listening room - it's got the PC and fishtanks in as well, but it is a garage conversion...
A detatched house, so I didnt have to wait till next door had gone out to crank it up
A pair of decent speakers, with bass to lower than 13Hz!
Proper coffins..

The claimed frequency responce not only goes lower than 13Hz but also well beyond 24Khz. So when the human ear can only hear frequencies from 20Hz - 20 Khz (even less for adults) Whats the point ??????????????????????????????????????????

Either:
1) A meatier Clearaudio than my Evolution, like the Maximum Solution or Master Solution with TQ-I arm.
2) An Esoteric X-01
3) A Pair of VAC 211 monoblocks
4)a pair of Sonus Faber Stradavari or Amati Homage loudspeakers.
DT
SACD: Marantz Pearl Lite
Vinyl: Dynavector DV10x > Thorens TD309 > MF KW550 (JS Audio) > Wilson Benesch Square Two
Having lived with Baby Krell for some months, I have to say I would love to have a shot with Big Daddy Krell: the full-monty Evolution set-up! However, that needs its own power station...oh, and suitable source & speakers...
More real world: Shahinian Diapasons - absolutely ace speakers, best I've heard!

down side is it has a bleedin archway into the same size dining room, plus 2 french windows, so its not ideal. The other down side is the bills that come with place this size means I can not afford the kit it deserves. (One day the mortgage will be paid, then ohhhhhhh then)
