'Mine' should be here tomorrow.
Look out for the ultimate test; powering ESL57s. If it sounds reasonable into that load, it'll be a masterpiece. If not, it'll make a nice box to put the Audiosector into...

I know that you believe you understand what you think I said, but I’m not sure you realise that what you heard is not what I meant.

I expect mine to be especially nice and shinny and to have the mystic powers of zen, uh oh just woke up
I agree my trends TA10.1 worked with a pair of els 57' as well as electrocompaniets or sugdens and sounded very decent. But for me they are a little way from the brilliance that can be had from the direct connection with the musical event of a single ended pentode or triode amps - So garage owners from Bletchley should be able to sleep at night.
Personally I dont need or want a rusty wire with gain.
Oh and thanks Wayne - it looks like you have taken some good advice.
Ipod Pure I-20, Battery ACK dac, Power amp Transcendent SE OTL 1.5W, plus Behringer ultracurve digital cross over and disco amp for bass, Speakers DIY 3 way Open Baffle, Hawthorne 15"Augie, Audio Nirvana 8"er and RAAL 140-15D
