Isn't the Saab just a Vauxhall Vectra in different (admittedly prettier) clothes?
(not sure about the current gen 'face-lift' 9-3 with its ugly detailing around the front and rear light clusters)
Yes, I've never like them since GM took over.
Nice car Mark.
As for delivery, I waited from mid June until the end of November for a Passat CC
Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass ... it's about learning to dance in the rain!
I got offered delivery at the end of May, but it's too soon
I have to do 80,000 in my current, and I'm on 73,000 at the moment, so should be coming around mid July instead.
Guess it's the new one is it? Had a sit in one a few days back and the improvement inside is very marked...much classier place to be now. Bloody good car and the 250 is crackin
Mind, 64mpg from the 2.2 must be tempting a few fleet managers too
Somewhere on a desert highway, she rides a Harley Davidson...
Nice don't know about white thou
There is no knowledge that is not power

Excellent. Now, I have a flight to catch at 5.30 today. How much is the fare from London Zoo to Heathrow?
Nice motor Mark. I've had the 2.2CDi version for a year now and chuffed to bits with it. The mpg performance for some weird reason on these mercs seems to vary wildly between cars. Merc claim 49mpg combined or 55 extra-urban for the 2.2 twin turbo auto. I get 36 combined and 42 on a run. That's the only real fault I can level at it. The other things I was warned about was early sensor failure, and when I bought the car I did have to replace both camshaft and crankshaft sensors due to a starting problem when warm, but that done, the car's racked up 95K miles now and still feels like new to drive. Aventegarde SE with lowered suspension is a real drivers car too...better in fact than my older E46 3 series.
