Thank goodness! I was 'this' close to selling my maple pair and trying to scratch the money in between together. Lovely finish that santos rosewood is.

the maple is worth as much second hand Steve, its the sound that counts. Mine are maple and i would not sell for less. nothing better for that money IMO, not into exotic finishes, extra money for no gain
