You do seem to have a bee in your bonnet about this, and yes I'll be honest it is fucking me off slightly.

Just for comparison, you happen to have 187 posts in the Cockpunching thread. Do we need to do a forensic analysis of your contributions there before we go any further with this?

Didn't see this at the time, so sorry to resurrect it, but I do need to reply. A malicious/libellous falsehood is, for example, saying "XXXXX XXXXX is not paying taxes", particularly when they have either not been found guilty yet, or have been cleared. This could mean possible legal action.

The Cockpunching thread, is, unless I'm much mistaken, for wammers to vent their spleen about who or what irritates them. This makes the type of post in there along the lines of "Ricky Gervais really gets on my wick", for example. This is factual, because he does get on my wick. Therefore I couldn't be sued for saying it.

So analyse all you like, if I've said something demonstrably libellous, by all means delete it and tell me off. I'm sure you have better things to do though.

Lastly, Spurs, could do much worse than appoint David Moyes

Spurs have usually been lovely, apart from when e.g. twat Amstrad-plonker or current nit there.

Harry a bit flighty re leaving clubs/should have been current England manager/should be in non-Champ. Heineken 'League' next season. Chels should have after fluky timely 9th or so season win retired/let deservedly Spurs again go in for 2nd season.
