I'm hoping to come along for the first time and will probably be on my bike.
Are there cloakroom facilities where I can leave helmet, gloves and oversuit securely? Don't want to be lugging that lot around all day!

If the Hotel isn't much help it looks like I have a room and going to be exhibiting. I am happy for you to store them with all my boxes in the bathroom attached to the room.

I'm sure the hotel could store some stuff. Alternatively one of the rooms with a bathroom is good to store stuff out of site.
