I'm hoping to come along for the first time and will probably be on my bike.
Are there cloakroom facilities where I can leave helmet, gloves and oversuit securely? Don't want to be lugging that lot around all day!

If the Hotel isn't much help it looks like I have a room and going to be exhibiting. I am happy for you to store them with all my boxes in the bathroom attached to the room.
