If my life lasted only one day I'd still be drunk by noon.

For goose bumps (rather than tears) this is my favourite:

One for the Aussies....
I use sarcasm at work....
because beating the shit out of people is frowned upon by management.
There are those alopecia-afflicted hirsute hairless simians who have no hairs on nape of neck etc to up-stand ...
They too have been affected by amongst other things sporting - including TV etc - moments.
WTF = wide television for ...
I have known too much tellie/sporting-enjoyment, but since early 1960s I have been follically-stimulated fortunately by many.
I wish joy to all (preferably not at the expense of others' pain).
In real-life, being exceptionally prejudiced, my favourite was me heading a goal-kick against Millfield School at Millfield in 1969 from edge of area back over goalie's head onto muddy line, where it rolled in anyway. Then scoring a hat-trick with a header/L foot/R foot shot against them in 3 attempts in 1970 (elsewhere in Street, Somerset).
I am always pleased to see my team do nicely including on visual recordings, and World Cup Willie and all that in 1966 - even Celtic and Mut winning European Cup later that decade - were also hairy. And the Ashes. And everything. Too much pleasure really.
and I won't mention fact that I dreamed in advance the 1966 WC final, and the goal charlie George scored in Wembley Final, and Sea Bird 11 winning Derby (I told people in advance about the 3 results/details...).
Actually, the most scary/thrilling moments are when - often on TV - I see what I have told people I have dreamed the previous night. PVR ... old hairy hat ...
And I know for a fact that many women hated seeing Giggs's hairy after that brill goal.

Won't mean much to anyone else here but . . .
Paul Henderson scoring the winning goal in Moscow to cap Canada's comeback against the Soviets in the '72 "Summit Series" . . .
Or, the two greatest players to ever lace up skates (Wayne Gretzky and Mario Lemieux) linking up to beat (again) the Soviets in the '87 Canada Cup (I saw Canada beat Sweden in the semi-finals that year at Maple Leaf Gardens, didn't get to see this live) . . .

I'm so sick of pornography. Every time I see it I shake my fist at it.
I was ten when I watched this live- it still delights me every time;
More recently, as a shining example of balls out, never say die determination;
The saddest day of your life isn't when you decide to sell out. The saddest day of your life is when you decide to sell out and nobody wants to buy.
Can't do the You Tube linky bit but Botham destroying the Aussies at Headingly and Old Trafford, the best sport I ever seen. Almost brings a tear to my eye watching it now, was absolutely superb watching it unfold live (on the TV alas).
Cheers BB
The greatest sentence, the late, great Brian Moore uttered :
"Shaw, Williams, prepared to venture down the left. There's a good ball in for Tony Morley. Oh, it must be and it is! It's Peter Withe"
Derek Redmond breaking down at the Olympics.
Murray Walker's voice breaking when Damon Hill wins the F1 title.
That goal by Frank Worthington.
It was fantastic. sadly under the way football now is I doubt I'll ever see it again.
ITV4 has the Big Match Revisited on Saturday morning and they've shown a lot of games from 82 and 83, plenty of Villa being shown and some great memories.
I have a soft spot for Boro as we beat them 3-0 in out last home game of 81 (I was there as well) but then we lost 2-0 to Arsenal where we had to win to guarantee the titel but Boro beat Ipswich 2-1 at Ayrsome Park (Jankovic I think got the winner) so we ended up winning the title that year.

The first athlete EVER to win 5 gold medals in an endurace sport.
Even including one of our schoolteachers Lynn Davies unexpectedly winning gold in Tokyo 1964/everything Olympic up to 2010, the 2 Olympic golds Kelly H. won in 8-15 hundred metres in Athens 2004 are elevating.
