    Wine with valves?

Wandering around the supermarket today I came upon an inexpensive Pinot Grigio.
    The name? Primaluna.

Now I looked really hard but could see no valves in the wine itself.
Made me wonder if they use valves in the manufacturing process.
    There was no mention.
It made me think how this wine might taste.
Probably very palatable and smoother than most. I would think there was also a lack of sharpness.
I suppose a lot depends on what valves are used.
    EL34 vintage - smoother......KT88 - sharper with a more open taste.

It's a very unusual white wine, as it warms up it tends to glow and turn to a red, but warm it too much and .............................
well who knows, does wine burn?

Not forgetting the El84, a cheeky little number with a spicey glow, especially the Mullard vintage, '65 being a very good year.

I wouldn't bother with it Al, u will only end up putting it in different glasses swearing one tastes better than the other, then realizing its a bit too sharp and moving back to a flute glass! Swapping corks and screw tops, trying it with fizzy water for a spritzer and trying to get Mrs B involved but really she only nods and smiles to humor u

By the time uve done all this u will be so pissed u will bang into the table in the middle of the room, spill ur glass on ur Leben and wake up on the floor with one of those LV's!

What a vivid imagination you have Danny. Have I released a jocular streak in these Wammers?

Vaughan speakers (check their site) are named after wines.
Only heard the Cabernet at Scalford last year and it tasted...I mean sounded superb.

I hate threads like these, but then I do like to whine....
