I guess im one of those weirdos that loves the ritual and "pampering" that comes with a properly executed straight razor shave. I have the whole 9 yards, nice buffalo horn straight razor, hone stone, strop strap, nice shaving soap, etc.

nothing like lathering up your face with the brush, taking a hot towel out of the towel warmer, putting it on your face, letting the shaving soap soak in, wiping it off, relathering and shaving,.... so good man. my favorite grooming ritual

ironically I use a crap razor, and the cheapest shaving foam (latest batch is some bic foam that I bought from pound land) - but I use decent shaving balm...current one is clinique![]()
