Dom, is there a time span or will it always update the last post? Sometimes you may be responding to two different peoples post in the same thread & to tie them together in one post doesn't always make sense & two seperate posts may be better.

Does that mean that ads in the classified can't be bumped any more, unless someone else has posted on the thread in between?

If so, won't that mean that at busy times ads will disappear on to remote pages very quickly? Or is there a reasonable time, after which you can yourself add another post?

If you need to answer more than one person at a time use quotes or multi quotes

Naughty, naughty. Although it is fascinating to see that he got a neg in response to his response to a post I made . Although he then gave me credit for one of my more brilliant observations , and later (and not as a consequence) I appear to have repped him for one of his useful posts. Mind you I am still a bit cross about Sir Adrian; but moving on, credit where it's due.

I miss seeing the members online and people browsing forum numbers. It let you knew if something good was happening (e.g., if you saw more than a dozen people in some of the sub forums).
