You sent the e-mail , filled in the spread sheet , subscribed to the thread now what

As a first time prospective exhibitor just a few questions that I suspect any newbie needs to know.

I have sent the e-mail with me details.
I have been given access to the spreadheet and filled in my details
I have subscribed to the requested thread .

Now how are the rooms then allocated and when will I know that I have been chosen to exhibit ? I realise that there may well be more people wanting rooms than rooms so there will I am sure be some sort of selection process . it might simply be the first come first served , it might be subject to panel , public or even voting approval sorry I just do not know.

So as they say what now ? (or should that be what time is now ?)

Last year there was a drawing of names due to over subscription. In another thread this year however, James has said it will be first come, first served this year. As for room allocation it's normally done by looking at those kits that require a big room, then randomly distributing the rest randomly.

Great at least I know and I must have at least a decent chance of getting a room allocated. Just wait till the e-mails arrive and get the room booked.

You'll be exhibiting, for sure.

I'll post when the rooms are allocated and you'll get an email detailing how to book a bed for the Saturday night.

If you've requested a large room and got one you'll be asked to pay £30.00 .

All exhibitors will need to pay £5.00 to me for insurance.

After that, turn up at the hotel on Saturday afternoon or early Sunday morning, set up and enjoy.
