Bought replacement oil kit. Booster Oil was recommended.

For a measly 8 quid you get ;

2 pipets to remove the old oil.

A small bottle to store the old oil in.

3 large cotton bud type things to clean out the bearing of sticky remains.

A couple of absorbant paper towels

Bottle of oil and a syringe to put the new oil into the bearing , not all over t'place.

A few stickers and............................................... ...............................................

A cartridge alignment protractor , laminated I may add , with full instructions for use.



And all delivered next day.

Hope it's OK to give a bit of feedback on Johnnie and what he offers.

Sent my RB250 off to have internal and external rewiring job done and it was back and fitted to the TT just two days later. The sound is superb, gone are the muffled vocals and muted cymbals.

I'd highly recommend Johnnie7, he's helpful, approachable and as it happens, does a damned good job too!

Audio Origami seem the most obvious choice but I can't contact them. Are they still alive and if so, does anyone have a telephone number for them.

If they're no longer alive, does anyone know of anyone who can undertale the work....help!!!!!!
