  1. Hi People, I've had PMs asking about the Warranty so here goes:- The Ming Da Piccolo (MC368-B902) 18W integrated class-A single-ended valve amplifier is still under warranty:- The warranty IS transferable. The Amplifier has another (approx) Two and a Half Years left on it. The Valves have another (approx) Six Months left on them. I feel this is good news to the potential buyer of this lovely amplifier, as it gives them piece of mind for the future and is an added "bonus" of this sale/purchase. Cheers. Gary
  2. OK...on second thoughts i will consider offers but only over the £500.00 mark. Don't be shy, i don't bite!....this could be a great bargain for a great amp for someone!. Cheers and thanks for your time Gary.
  3. Thanks for the kind words Dan... Now open to offers around the £585.00 asking price for my lovely Ming Da Piccolo Valve Amplifier... this needs to go to a good home. Cheers.
  4. Now open to offers around the £585.00 asking price for my lovely Ming Da Piccolo Valve Amplifier... this needs to go to a good home. Would also prefer collection/demo from Wolverhampton, or maybe could deliver depending on distance. Thanks for looking.
  5. Thanks Jason, and a real bargain for someone wanting to try out the “valve” sound and is only just over half the new (RRP) price, and only (approx) 5 months old as well. With this amplifier you don’t have to use a “bias” meter for the valves neither...it’s just plug-n-play. I personally like the “retro” style VU meter on the Black front panel as it is useful to see how loud the music will go before starting to go into the “red zone” if you are driving the amp hard…I don’t get out much!!!. Thanks for looking.
  6. OK...on second thoughts i will consider offers but only over the £500.00 mark. Selling my lovely (small footprint) Ming Da Piccolo (MC368-B902) 18W integrated class-A single-ended valve amplifier. Info here:-: http://www.mingda.co.uk/mc368_b902.html This is only (approx) 5 months old and comes with original valves, original box, accessories, infra-red volume remote control and a Perspex and metal valve cage and is the UK voltage version. It has a tiny mark near the headphone socket and the volume “down” print on the remote control handset is slightly erased…just want to be honest. It is in perfect working order and in my system produces no hum, no pops, no clicks, and no hiss, nothing but sweet I would say “balanced” music. I am happy for you to inspect the unit and give you a demo so you know what your hard earned cash is buying!...collection preferred, but we could sort something out. Selling as I would like the “Valve” sound but in a SS amplifier if that is possible?. To buy new would cost (approx) £1000.00. Asking £585.00 which is what I paid for it (I have proof) and would just like to get my money back please. OK...on second thoughts i will consider offers but only over the £500.00 mark. Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions…I don’t bite!. Thanks for your interest…Gary.
  7. PM's now replied to... Thanks for your interest. Cheers Gary.
  8. No low ball offers please! ....only sensible ones. Kind Regards Gary.
  9. Hi People, Back up for sale and looking for a good home is my Leak Stereo 20 Valve Amplifier… i was on holiday and also had a possible purchase from a very nice gentleman and decided not to up-date the advert…until now. It is now still available for purchase… the buyer will get many hours of pleasure from this well respected Amplifier as some gentlemen here on the Wam own a Leak Stereo 20 Valve Amplifier and have already experienced this for themselves…especially with the “modification/tweak” to the underneath as this one already has but which can of course be reversed very easily. A Demo is most welcome, this way you can see/hear what your money is buying...i don’t bite!. Thanks for looking… Gary.
  10. Thanks Ian, Yes Paul is a great guy to deal with...even the valves that come with my amplifier (apart from the rectifier valve) were bought from Paul when i was getting my amplifier "rebuilt" by him, i don't think he normally does this but i guess i was in the right place at the right time.
  11. Thanks robin, Mine has also had a “very small modification” done underneath to give it a bit of “oomph” when needed, this was kindly done by Paul at Classique Sounds at my request and can easily be reversed in a minute with a soldering iron if someone so wished…as I find we all hear things slightly differently when it comes to the delivery of music. By the way people although my asking price is £750.00 this is only an “asking price” but it is not set in stone!…I can be “flexible” with the sale of my beloved Leak Stereo 20 Amplifier. Kind Regards Gary.
