Glad to see your shadow getting longer and further when i look out he window this morning as you beat a retreat, i was ready to polish my long retired Claymore to give you a square go if you give me cheek. Good grief, that statue of AM looks like Mozart.

Still floating and not coming down any time soon at Playstation Boy's achievements, to be honest the big dollop has excelled himself, i thought he was gonna be another ''glorious failure'' which England shores are famous for, gone soft in my old age to sock it to anyone nowadays count yourself lucky, so this will have to do.
  6. Dan, i have a pair of JPW AP2 with new surrounds fitted and working great, £45.00 delivered.

Well done AM, was never troubled, Raonic didn't have the depth of game to change things or dictate the game, bit of one trick pony just now and need to polish his unforced errors but it'll come in time.

Djoko shock this afternoon. if Andy doesn't go all the way this year, he should just hang it up and play his Playstation with his sprog.

Agreed, i was surprised he's still playing, nevermind put on a show like that. Also enjoyed Nick Kyrgios v Dustin Brown, long time since i last saw such a low toss of a serving ball.

Wow...Bi Juan is back!!!, just watched Del Potro thump Warinka, could he go all the way?, i still think he's too big and cumbersome for grass.

I seriously hope Kyrgios doesn't fall into the trap that he thinks he's better than he is too soon, on his day Raonic can be a threat to anyone but as you said, too soon this year. The thing with AM is the country expects, he's the only one we have to shout about, Brexit, Hamilton getting shafted by Mercedes cause they want a German F1 champ, England getting dumped on his arse in Euro, did anyone mention Olympics?, don't expect the medal haul be big. Summer of discontent???, you bet.

Forget AM for a minute, how do you rate Nick Kyrgios' chances?, if he rids his petulance, he could be a contender.

So Amelie found out subsequently, maybe Lendl has the key to AM's complex mind, time will tell but i won't put my last £ on it.

Yes, 5 years as a front rank player, major winner??, i have my fears, following oor Andy is bruising, a bit like Biffy Clyro - 'many of horrors'. Said from the start Rafa's style of play is not made for longevity, wear and tear would put paid to his chances of another major.

Hope so Solid although things don't usually work out 2nd time round. Really gutted for AM and just coming round from the defeat, i really believed again he could do it in Roland Garros.
  16. +1, been paying my homage to the genius all weekend, listening to all the tributes programs on wireless and 2 hour special on Viva, his guitar playing is as good as any, apologies if someone has put this up,check this out from 3:28 onwards.
  17. Shaping up to be a great meet, going by the kit in members profiles, there's some serious music lovers attending.

Knuckle tap Bro, i never thought the day would come when i agree with you, have i mellowed or you growing up and stopping the school boy taunts. @Kyrgios - Someone needs to get take him aside and tell him a few home truths if he's to realise his potential, problem with him is he's not as good as he thinks he is, there's potential but he needs to know the word ''hard work'', his attitude is so un-Australian like in his demeanour, look at his 'toys out the pram moment' a year or two back in Wimbledon, he threw a match serving underarm and all sorts cause he was unhappy about a decision if i remember right, spoilt brat. @Oor Andy - I feel for him, he's at a crossroad here and must be asking himself ''where do i go from here?'', you might be right about his legacy being the bridesmaid in arguably three of the greatest players in modern era, i mean look at Novak, he has reached the final in all the major competition he has entered this year winning all but one i think, that is what greatness is judged on, i'd also add AM's legacy is inspire the next generation of British players coming to the fore, hopefully there's one there who'll take his baton and get to the top and stay on the top. P.S. looking at Novak Djokovic at the handshake at the net, i get the impression he feels Andy's pain too and not going overboard with his celebration showing respect to AM, nice guy.
  19. And she wrote the songs on that album in her mid teens makes it more remarkable, shows creative minds sometimes come from the bleakest of places.

Thanks dude, like the telescope analogy, drifted out of this places constellation but here i am aligned with this place again, when we last crossed swords i was called ''wee sweetpot'' and George (TigerTiger) was fighting my corner with me against your bias with AM and Scotchland. Totally agree with you as regards to AM, it's really frustrating to watch with expectation and see him taken apart, physical conditioning and court craft is not an issue, like you i think it's in his head and interesting to hear an expert said his 2nd serve is not up to scratch, he touched on that only 57% of his 2nd serve are winners compared to Djoko or Fed's high 60-70%, if he can't get it right now i feel time is passing him by. BTW, your countryman Nick Kyrgios looks a good prospect to carry Aus Flag in the coming years.

Haven't visited this thread for a few years now, been camping in another forum but find nothing beats PFM and here. Anyway, Stormtrooper when did you change your heart against Playstation Boy?, i am absolutely gutted for AM, he never did himself justice today and i fear it's downhill from now on, the look of resignation on the podium takes me back to the 2010 Aussie Final when Roger Federer totally annihilated him.
  22. Thanks Andy, i know one day i all revisit Harbs again, GLWTS.
  23. Had Impulse H2's (great speakers) back in the day and SHL5's(also great speakers), i would place the SHL5 among my top 3 speakers i've owned, i wonder how different the 7's. Andy do you have boxes for these?.
  24. Any frontal shots Al?, hope you tackle those rusty tranny bolts soon, enjoy.
  25. Good enough stand but the legs are a trip danger, get flat one's where they spread out in a v shape.
