6 copies from 1960's 1 from Dec 1976, 1 from Jan 1977.

That's 745 magazines plus a lot of the music magazines have CDs or cassette tapes with them.
Condition varies from poor (torn cover on a few early Record Collector mags) to never read
Some of these magazines are pretty rare and hard to find and some were only printed for a short period.
These have been stored in boxes in dry conditions
Looking to sell as a job lot for £900 (or very near offer) Buyer to collect from Doncaster or arrange own courier.

Also willing to sell individual copies if anyone is looking for a particular issue of a magazine, or a particular artist.
The Record Collector magazines are a goldmine of information for record / music collectors as they include extensive discographies and biographies for hundreds of artists.

Anybody?
I knew it was a longshot posting these for sale but they must be of interest to someone. The Record Collector magazines are a goldmine of information about artists, music and audio recordings in all formats.

Any suggestions for a company that might be interested in buying these?

I tried to give away a large collection of hifi magazines, what hifi, hifi+ nobody wanted any of them so I had to put in the recycling. People do list them individually on eBay (one listing but you have a drop down box to select the month) but you'd have to go through and list them out with artists covered etc and you'll sell the odd one for say £2.95 if someone searches that artist and wants to buy it. So it depends how much time and effort you're prepared to spend on it.

Alternatively list then as a job lot collection only start at a low price and the people who do sell them like this on eBay may be interested.

I had a similar collection of music magazines & hifi comics - they were taking up too much space - so I gave them away to somebody who seemed happy enough to take them. They were all in VG condition, but I don't miss them at all.

You may be able to sell them on eBay. A friend of mine advertised them on that very site for £100, but zero interest.

@Lawrence001 and @Nestor Turton,
Thanks for your input & suggestions.
I knew that these would be difficult to sell.
I scoured the eBay listings to see what sort of prices they sell for. Some of the rarer ones I've got were listed on there at £30 to £40 but "out of stock".
So I contacted the sellers saying I've got copies of the ones you are showing as out of stock, are you interested in buying them?
Not one replied.
I might start listing individual copies or sets of them, eg particular artists.

Happy birthday for Sunday.
Let your magazines go. You will feel better for it. Maybe ask for a donation to a charity that is dear to you ?

I was in a similar position a 2/3 years ago, tons of Mojo, Uncut, Q, and Vox magazines. Eventually sold them all as a job lot for a pittance. I couldn't be bothered selling them individually. I got more money from selling the free CDs actually.

Some good reading here for the approaching winter evenings.
Read up on your favourite artist whilst playing their music.
