So,

I've started a little website, basically a bunch of links to everything associated with outdoor fire cooking, smoking, grilling etc etc Butchers, Sauce Suppliers, everything for all your BBQ needs, also links to competitions, public events, classes, restaurants, books. I've also started doing basic reviews (only 1 so far but will build on this when I can).

Appreciate any suggestions or additions !

I'm slow cooking leg of lamb, Moroccan style with with Sumac, cumin and ground corinander rub. Cook that for about 3 hours and transfer it to the BBQ for 15-20 minutes. Crispy skin and flaky meat.

Did similar over the easter weekend with a wee lamb joint, just did it all on the weber kettle though - love the rotisserie - my favourite accessory !! Marinaded for about an hour in my favourite A&O Dr Zhoug. Pulled at 60° to hit medium rare when wrapped in foil to rest. Bloody lovely.
