Glue fight!

Dale Zimmerman, a technical specialist with Franklin International, which manufactures Titebond Polyurethane Glue, says that his company’s tests don’t show that polyurethane glue is any stronger than yellow glue.

Zimmerman says that the joints made by the polyurethane glue failed around 3,510 pounds per square inch (psi) of pressure. Franklin’s Titebond, a popular yellow glue, failed at 3,600 psi.

Rubbish! Bloody glue scientists.

Glue isn't exactly the mostinteresting subject though me thinks, unlesswe are talking in terms of smearing it over one's ass and gluing on your underwear.

hee-hee

no point really

was just reading thro this article(sad I know) and wondered - so much in life today is just re-invention , hi-fi is full of it as well and believe you me medicene/surgery is no different either.

Where have all the inventors gone , do we not ask questions or are we just asking the wrong ones.

Research and statistics - have they killed the eccentric, the "real" inventor ?

But I like the way the thread is going anyway - nowhere really, I like that sort of aimless, wandering about.

hate patronising docs , most guys never listen to reps:yeah:
agree, too stuck up to see the bigger picture sometimes, claim they can't be sold to, but thats exactly what big pharma do, can't they see that most post market trials are about gaining an edge rather than proving anything in an altruistic way, the clever ones are the ones who listen to all reps and weed out the chaff, these are the better informed in my opinion. Those that see reps semm happier and more secure in their work too.
