The new linn app update is live now with airable.   Great stuff. 

First time listening to radio paradise and already found a “old” new band to follow with Touched by Vast.

That’s interesting. I hope it behaves itself for you. It’s version 4.4.9 which I’ve had for a while, via TestFlight, and I’m getting sporadic crashes on a 2021 iPad running iPadOS 15.2.

Yes and I’m surprised it’s deemed “Stable” I’ve reinstalled it via TestFlight to see if stability improves, but they’ve been getting almost daily crash reports from me.

On my iPhone, it's so stable I didn't know the version had changed. Hmmmm.

I’ve just got the Davaar beta on a Sneaky. I wonder if the App doesn’t like that a DS doesn’t support airable…

I had issues with the Davaar beta and the old linn app which hadn’t implemented airable fully and it got very confused. Cross fingeres all good.

What does support airable, because I don’t ‘see’ anything different on 4.4.9.0.? In fact I wouldn’t have known I had until I read above.  My iPad is still on 14.8 as I’m not an early adopter!

Hi @Nopiano I am listening to airable radio, which is the replacement for tunein ( see separate thread) on my KDSM. I am using the beta Davaar as well which I think you need to install as well.  So if you look at add music source under the cog of the linn app you have a new slider for airable.

You’d need the latest beta Davaar on your DS, then in Settings in the Linn App you can enable airable under “Add Music Source”

Thanks both - much appreciated.  I don’t have the beta installed, but I see airable now as an option I can turn on.  It’s labelled Service Unsupported.  Makes sense now!

I’m on 4.3.23 so will update, however I’ve still been getting ‘Waiting for room’ quite often.

Annoying as I’m relatively new to this streaming lark, no issues with LP12!

Once your DS is running Davaar 4.86 you can toggle between Airable and Tunein as your "Radio presets provider" in the settings under "Music" (scroll down - it's the last option). Cannot be set in Konfig for now.

I think I have done everything but all that happens is my 'Radio' button disappears and I then lose all radio stations and I then see no 'Airable' button. I have activated it in my Linn account under music but it doesnt appear when using Kazoo. I have 4.86.421.

You need the linn app not kazoo to find airable.
