Morning all
19v DC switched mode power supply (brick) is connected through a power meter to the mains.
It’s powering a Raspberry Pi and HAT.
At the mains end, the power meter is showing constant amperage of around 0.05 amps.
Is it a simple mathematical calculation to establish how many amps the Pi/HAT are a actually pulling from the 19v DC brick?
Reason for asking is that recommended PSU for this combo is 3.5 amps but I can’t see that anything like that is needed in real life.
Thanks
