All,
We have discussed with the hotel and have today selected our show charity for 2022.
This will be The Donna Louise Children's Hospice in Stoke (part of a larger, all age hospice called "Dougie Mac") which provides specialist care and support services for children and their families with life-shortening conditions, due to illness or injury, from birth until they no longer need support.
They are naturally delighted at this news as, like all small charities, income is hard won.
There will be a charity raffle at the show and we already have a generous offer of at least one really nice prize that we intend to auction. Also there will be simple (hopefully clear) show guide (to keep costs down in 2022) but will be asking for a £1 voluntary donation for this on the day to go to this charity.
So dig deep all and please buy a raffle ticket, more details of prizes will follow!
kind regards,
Paul
