What are your top 10 Greatest Albums of all time?
These aren't your Favorite albums, but rather the albums that you recognise as great, they might be genre defining, they might be widely acknowledged as groundbreaking, they might be highly influential albums that had a big impact on other musicians.
What ever the reason for including an album don't sit on the fence, let's see a ranked list!
if you can please put a "-" between the artist and album it will make it a bit easier to stick everything into a single list, that way we can see a WAM ranking at the end.
Here's mine as a starter for 10
This was really hard to do, I wanted to include so many other things, Brian Eno created a genre, The Beatles were so influential, Stone Roses were the height of a scene, Bowie, Miles Davies, I could go on....
Dylan's in there but personally I just don't like his music, can't argue what an influence he's been though.
Yes I've even included some rap! NWA had such an impact, but I could have gone for other earlier acts instead
for me Robert Johnson's at the top because he's directly influenced so many of the biggest bands and best guitarists of all time.
