OK the programme has some minor faults (Clarkson running about a mountain getting stuck in a Land Rover was daft a couple of years ago), but how many Motoring programmes have tears streaming down your eyes ? I think the Top Gear producers have hit a winning formula with the programme. I watched 5th gear last week and there is no comparison.
The Lions at the Safari park getting it on last night was just one of 10 comical moments that were worth watching for alone, even driving about in a Micra convertible (did they really say £15K) with a paper bag and leaving it on the street was funny, here are the points I could not stop laughing about last night.
Pink Micra – paper bag.
The Keyboard segments at the test track.
David Cameron at the test track.
The whole Espace convertible sketch. From Angle grinders to sowing himself to the roof covering, to setting fire to the car wash, and everything in between.
The pooch lying about sleeping in front of the cars.
Well spoken Chaps well at the test track was :
Jimmy Carr - Comedian
Rick Wakeman – Grumpy old man
Justin from Darkness – Leotards etc
Les Ferdinand – ex footballer
Posh bloke is a dude called James May one of the presenters.
