Regarding Gale, it's a poor eulogy for Ira Gale who, back in the 1970s, tried to move reproduction forwards, perhaps trying to do too much at the same time, recordings, speakers, turntable, involvement with Cadac.

We, back then, made some stuff for his recording enterprise and he was a real powerhouse of activity.

Probably, as many others though, a flawed genius.
