Zu Varial rca interconnects.Views please.

They would seem to allow you to connect a line level source to a line level input on an amp Paul.

They would also work fine to hook up a pre amp to a power amp. :^:geek:

I've no experience of this particular cable, but have had several Zu cables over the years and found them to be well made with good quality plugs. But I only ever bought them at low prices when on offer as I'm not a believer...

I've not heard the Varial, but several other and they are well made cables and I also like the company a lot, good guys to deal with. I currently use a Zu digital cable, power cable (Bok I think) and have a pair of the Gede IC's. Used the Mobius with my HD650's also at some stage. All good. If you can get it for a good price I'd say go for it

Well, if you are using them between the Lector and pre, I would definitely audition them.

The Lector can sound different with various cables, possibly to quirky design (Lector), but they are sensitive to cables and other components.

I've heard it, but wish I hadn't. :minikev:

Thanks everyone. Very useful.

Decided to save my money!

All the best.

Paul.

FWIW, if I were looking for a low budget interconnect, I'd be tempted to take a (very modest) punt on these.

Mr Yazaki of Spec strikes me as one of the most interesting Japanese designers.
