Thanks to Simon's generosity I've downloaded the lot, and already managed to identify the difference between the Rogers Senior MKIII & MKIV control units.

Thought I’d give this a little bump!

There have been many takers for these in the last 2 years, they’re still available to anyone with an interest.

Thanks it was a great offer, I had a look at those. He (or anyone) doesn't have any what hifis as well do they? Love to get a few old ones of those to flick through, those would be nice on the hard drive ;) It was my mag of choice when I used to buy mags. I quite liked HiFi World and Choice as well though. But I had a humongous pile of red and white once, sadly all gone now as much as I loved pulling them out, they were a bit of a burden. Bit like CDs now, but Im not getting rid of those I just use them on the hard drive way more. Mostly on random play :)

Someone did actually offer a load of physical WHF magazines once on here free. I did think OK then and we arranged for me to have them but it never materialised. I did say I'd cover all postage costs and they agreed. They must have just said sod it and taken to the tip in the end or given away locally. They are bulky things. Shame that as I was thinking of digitising and archiving/sharing myself.

I’m afraid I gave in a few years ago and binned all of my hi fi mags, including the Hi Fi World diy supplements. They’d been stored in my cellar and were smelling less and less pleasant. Great reference for looking up reviews of used gear, as there aren’t many original mag reviews on the web.

Simon, I’d love the yearbook with the Thorens TD 125 mk. 2 in it- 1972 I think- as I’ve just revived mine from bottom of wardrobe exile!

I'd love to have copies of the entire 70's please Simon, and would be more than happy to put a few £'s into a charity box of your choice, or cancer research if you don't mind where it goes.. PM on it's way..

Thank you very much !
