I like the look of those AR-10’s Kieth, especially in that finish

Alan had the floorstanders there ,but he said they were too much for the room ,...we listened to the standmounts which were very nice indeed......not sure of the model ,..but they were around the 750 price range . ....really nice indeed.

Great for a second system ,....even a main one if you are counting the pennies.

A second glance needed as they look like Proac

Aye we got done over with the room, it was a 1/3 smaller than quoted, the AR-130/4 were way too big for that space and being twin rear ported firing into the corners it wasnt the best, rattly air con and clock on the wall didnt help either, luckily i brought some AR-6s down which were brand new and not even run in they were to be display only but we took a chance and connected them, the little AR-6 did us proud and took everything anybody threw at them, £799 a pair cheers for the support it went well and was nice to meet some of you..

I assume you mean the AR-10 I have? The finish was one I chose myself @Alan Kralkwasn't a fan of how delicate the veneer was!

I can safely say they're the best speakers I've personally ever heard/owned.

My first set of Alan's speakers were some BC30 MKII, I then added the PAW stands and I loved them to bits. I upgraded to the KA-2 but they didn't gel with my room, so when I heard Alan was starting up again I mentioned I'd love to try 3-Way speakers and he just happened to have some in his new range.

Safe to say these won't be going anywhere soon!

@radiant redthey look even better in person. The finish is sublime!

Is that the burr Oak finish? They look great.
Not sure how big your room is but I assume they have tuneful lower bass
