Where would I get a Primare Phono stage repaired ?

Recommended Posts

Happy New Year all.  I have a Primare R32 phono stage that has a problem I cant solve , it works but occasionally it shoots up the gain too high ( like a spike in gain)

Would appreciate any suggestions as to whom might try to repair it for me .

When working its a dinger of a phono.

Presumably somewhere close to Galway, Ireland. I would suggest here, they are also listed and the only Primare contact for Ireland.

and Happy New Year too.

Thanks Simon G..  Will send to them if I don't hear of any independent guys out there,  just trying to keep costs down.   Might be the best in the long run ,but if anyone knows of a wammer or friend of wammer who has a rep for fixing things like phono I would be grateful to hear.

Karma AV, the UK distributor, will do that:

Highly recommend Karma AV. I sent them a Primare V25 DVD/CD player as I thought it was faulty. They gave it a clean bill of health and returned it to me free of any charges (no postage costs either). It turned out that I had a faulty Scart cable. Hope you get it fixed.
