Mate ,the washer is never off..

When I was on my own my washer went on maybe twice a week..one 14 min wash ,one 59 min wash..

This washer is on for 1 1/2 hrs minimum each time..its like a chinese laundry in the ancillary room...I doubt my lady would know if an extra couple of bags turned up unless it was full of womens knickers....

The garden looks like one of those Tibetan villages with all the material blowin in the wind..

Fricandó - a Spanish stew. We only had diced beef, so we served with macaroni, and a salad of Romaine, Spring onions, capers and Gherkins

lazy morning today so I made shakshuka for brunch. Wife is cooking later - chicken parmigiana

Oh I love shakshuka, but need the egg yolks to be more cooked. Yummeh!

Nice lunch bohemian! I've just had mashed avocado with cherry tomatoes on toast and a couple of poached eggs, very tasty.

Penang Fried Koay Teow (flat rice noodles)

For the sauce, just use like 3 tablespoons of light soy with a smidge of oyster sauce per portion. A mere smidge.

Plain chili paste is a must, it helps bring everything together like how tomatoes are used for stews.
