I have a mint Shindo Monbrison I'd let go for £50 including postage, if any use?

I have a mate who's looking for a pre. If Dan wouldn't mind.

I'm looking for an older amp for another small system I'm building for my Dad

Ideally something along the lines of:

Arcam Alpha 7, 8 or 9 (ideally with remote)
NAD C320BEE, C325BEE or C326BEE (or if at all, the NAD C352)
MF XA-1 maybe?

Any similar suggestions would be considered

Budget ideally around £150

Obviously it'll need to be boxed safely and sent via courier

Cheers

I have a totally unused in box with everything .Yamaha A300....batteries never ben taken out of packet to put in remote

Mint mint..£100 + carriage

Thanks, but a bit too mild sounding unfortunately. I’ve got an RN301 in the loft that I’ve tried my Dad with, feels it’s too polite, too laid back etc... Like me, he’s always been a big fan of the older Arcam & NAD sound; the control and punch they have without being too bright etc

Perhaps also consider an audiolab 8000a or a A&R A60 of which I’ve both owned and still own an A60. Both have drive. Others to consider Arcam 65+ or a Nad c350 which I also own

Yeah, an Arcam FMJ A65 or A85 would be a great find, but they rarely crop up. That’s why I thought I’d try for the Alpha 8/9 etc.

A few NAD amps of interest have cropped up on eBay, but was hoping to avoid there if I can

I sold my virtually new Arcam A75 here and I know the wammer is happy with it. They are hard to come by but not impossible Dan.

Aye; seen it pal. But it's Gumtree etc... Personally, I wouldn't risk it
