Leonard Smalls 4 Posted September 12, 2008 Prefer Zappa's version. Not that I like the song, being The AntiBeatle.. However, here's some Billy Cobham

Got a Tommy Bolin album somewhere too.
Biscuit 1 Posted September 12, 2008 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=61NPA99zjnc headphones or proper 'speakers required for the lovely wobbly low bassline - can't even hear it on my laptop 'speakers I'm sure this won't be to anybody's taste apart from maybe Whizzkid
Injector 2 Posted September 12, 2008 The Cult - Jonathan Ross Show 1989 performing Born To Be Wild. OK so it's a cover but Astbury is off his head (just watch him at the end)...the crowd don't know what to think and the look on Ross's face afterwards is a picture. Totally out of place, what were the producers thinking? Awesome!

thrunobulax 0 Posted September 12, 2008 Thanks Jeff, now i`m stuck on the zappa section, some of them very sad near the end of his life tho, and those very early ones all fresh and tidy, talking about playing a bike, i had never seen him that young before. Guest Posted September 12, 2008 Heh heh, the Cult clip is a good one. This week... I have mostly been looking at old skool hip hop/electro/bboy classics. Don't ask how I got started on this, but here's my favourite clips, the first for the insane popping - best err, 'dancing' ever seen, and some nice casualsportswear in the second. Both the sound and picture quality are shocking, but it doesn't matter. 'Once upon a time, a DJ's task was just to play records, what more could you ask?'In the background, yes, that'ssomeearly Ice T If that isn't enough pain for any FZ fans, (sorry Grandads!), trysome Rob Base Loving theAdidas.
