Metatron 639 Super Wammer Posted February 22 (edited) Made in 2 hours Not great, tools broke which affected the result. It has not undergone treatment. Weighs A LOT. The intention was to get additional isolation shelves under each unit. Main requirement guiding construction was to be able to handle 2 Pass Labs amps on any shelf, without flexing. toolkit 6 Posted February 23 I recently knocked one up, a piece of school worktop like this: Iroko Worktop from Ebay Cut in half, I didn't even sand and refinish as I liked the "rustic" state it was in, then 6 legs and pillars of 2x4 painted matt black. I haven't got much weight on the top but it's really stiff stuff and could take a fair bit without sagging.
