Super Wammer

Made in 2 hours

Not great, tools broke which affected the result. It has not undergone treatment.

Weighs A LOT.

The intention was to get additional isolation shelves under each unit.

Main requirement guiding construction was to be able to handle 2 Pass Labs amps on any shelf, without flexing.

I recently knocked one up, a piece of school worktop like this:

Iroko Worktop from Ebay

Cut in half, I didn't even sand and refinish as I liked the "rustic" state it was in, then 6 legs and pillars of 2x4 painted matt black.

I haven't got much weight on the top but it's really stiff stuff and could take a fair bit without sagging.

I can see that I will need to re-work and properly finish mine next time around just to correlate with the high bar being set.

Put some of those furniture Teflon sliders on the legs so it's dead easy to move if needed........those furniture shops can give you some ideas.......it's a perfect size for the gear I've got ...could be tidier though.........
