Heard them briefly years ago driving some Maggies and the soundstage was enormous and l mean enormous, that is mostly what l can recall, know naff all about the biasing.:geek:

I've heard them at a show, dem'd with the multi driver 1000 ? speaker, giving a standout rendition of 'Coal Train' by Hugh Masekela

Its a few years since I owned a pair but biasing was just a case of a screw driver and a meter. In fact I believe it came with a yellow meter and wires to plug into the back of the amplifier, the rotary switch points at individual tubes. The user manual will state the bias voltage.

There is really nothing complicated about it.

Found this while searching:-

The M120 (monos) MKI had a bias setting of 40mV and the updated MKII of 37mV.
