Bit misleading in a wanted classified bud. I thought someone had hacked your account.

Have you considered a Pioneer SX-S30 stereo receiver?  It looks like it's available in silver from Richer Sounds.

The Onkyo TXL20D might be a rebadged version of the Pioneer.  It's also at Richer Sounds: https://www.richersounds.com/onkyo-txl20d-black.html

It’s a good suit, anyone?

No bud,

usb power from tv, left hand side, to dangling dac, to optical sky box at ground level- across to amp via rca on opposite side

Different good/bad/don't know yet? Glad it at least works.

If it doesn't quite sound right it could be an issue with the power capability of the USB port on your TV. If you have a choice of USB 2 and USB 3 then use the latter as the current capability may be higher.

That’s what I was thinking, it’s in 2 I’ll try in 3, just sounds a little ‘thin’

the sound took time to come through too, like an amp you’ve switched off while the source is still playing and it decays..
