Super Wammer

I took the camera for a walk today (EM-5) I had an old Zuiko 135mm 3.5 lens I wanted to try, with an adaptor. 270mm fixed length proved difficult for shot choice.

On my morning's walk today - so many of these leafy corridors alongside our local fields:

That looks like a ruddy big shark Colin, whatever you do don't go out swimming

This morning's walk - beautiful weather, and plenty of fresh air. We didn't see a soul:

Our Emma - she's got this social distancing thing well sorted, although not so difficult here in rural Lincolnshire:

Thanks fellas - it'd been ages since I hauled the D700 out of the cupboard. I'd sold all my Nikon FX glass (except the really rather good - and underrated - 28-70 3.5-4.5) but picked up a mint 85-1.8D a few weeks ago. Must be 2 years since it was last used.

I'd also forgotten how beautifully that old Panasonic sensor renders images. Sure it's only 12MP which means cropping isn't advisable, but otoh - like film - it does encourage a 'get it right, out of the gate' approach. I love it, despite it being so big, heavy & noisy.
