Flash can be great... or crap 🤔

I think I know which is most likely in my case...

Can't you go for a walk and use it?

I have been using my Rich GRII.

It’s not going out until the half case arrives;

I never use flash either but depends what you are doing. I know some pro photographers who use it for weddings and studio work but never for travel portraits.

That link may have a security problem, I'm getting warnings on my anti-virus security.

That's a lovely looking case, to be sure.

Yes, lockdown is a pain. While the whole family is stuck in the house, I'm planning some indoor portraits.  The downside (or maybe not - we'll see) is that I will have to face my fear of shooting with flash (ahem, I mean my 'preference for natural light'). Of course, I will actually have to buy a flash first...

Black is boring.

I watched this and bought kit based upon his recommendations. No need to spend loads of money.

Yes it’s not that difficult or technically challenging really - get the flash off the camera with a cheap trigger set up, add a simple umbrella and you can have a lot of fun with flash.

I think Pentax/Ricoh process really well. I’ve worked on a few for a relative and they were very good quality and easy to finish.

Agree Tim, much easier than Nikon or Fuji files IME.  Leica were a joy to work with too.

+1

I just find the GRIII's images wonderful to work with, although saying that they don't need much 'working with' full stop. Monos are plain darn gorgeous sooc. :^
