speaker/floor

I just put some heavy tiles under my speakers, straight on the wooden floor, to lift them (tweeters on ear level), but also to try to influence the bass (volume and tightness). On the image: speaker, spike/'saucer', (ply)wood plate, gravel tile, wooden floor. After a few hours of listening...
