Had one of these for a while. Truly a frustrating piece of gear.

HDMI never ever really worked properly. At the time, there were threads with hundreds of posts of people complaining as these were just never stable (just like the AVR600?)....and cost a fortune too.

On the other hand, as a CD player it was just plain amazing! In fact, this DVD player was the best cd player I've ever had.

Anyways, I'd stay away from this unit for sure.
