I have had an Acer Iconia A210 16Gb 10.1" Tablet for two days now, and I am well impressed and I thought I would bring it to the attention of the Wam.
It cost me £160 delivered, which isn't far off half price. It is very well set up for music in that it has both a micro usb slot, and also a FULL SIZE USB slot to connect big drives etc. It drives my SBT via the wifi beautifully with the Logitech app. and also operates as a fully functional PC in every respect including access to the network printer, personal email etc. etc. Running the latest Android (Jelly Bean) means that there is a pretty intuitive operating system underpinning everything. Quad-core processor is no slouch either - streaming video is a doddle.
We have an iPad 4 in the household. Believe it or not at a third of the price, this is its equal for everything we need to do.
