Anyone going for the new Floyd Animals remix ?

I took the plunge and ordered it. Wouldn't normally bother with remixes but this is one of my fave Floyd albums and I haven't got it on plastic. Nice to see they stuck with tradition and had a fall out about it . It'll be interesting to hear this, there's no mention anywhere of what the 'remix' actually is !

Funnily enough, I pre-ordered the deluxe edition yesterday after clips were posted on YouTube whetted my appetite to do a bit of digging… I was aware that it was originally slated for release back in 2018, indeed I seem to remember discussing its impending release here on the WAM, but for various reasons, it’s delay slipped under my radar… but I’m looking forward to hearing the remix in all formats

I pre-ordered the deluxe set as soon as it became available. Too keen or what?

They could have given us some live recordings from when the tracks had different (working?) titles but I guess a couple are already out on the immersion sets.

Ordered,' Animals' is an excellent concept album by Roger Waters and the band.
Brings back memories of a bleak,dark time in this country's history...
Cannae wait! (for the vinyl of course!)

Listening to the remix of 'DOGS' from Qobuz 192/24....first heard Animals from a cassette on headphones...
