Please rest assured everyone who has asked for a room has one, specific room numbers have been accommodated and for those who requested quieter area that has also been created.

Let me say again that exhibitors will the superior rooms not the the standard rooms, these are the only 2 types - look at the hotel website.

That is to say that there is no such thing as a 'larger bedroom' beyond the superior type.

brochure is in production so no changes now, but past experience is that people will still ask  :roll:  

Peter when he is physically able, will be going to the hotel to check stuff out, the good news is that we are told ALL  the bunkbeds have gone. And everyone will get a superior room, specific requests have been accommodated. Allocations is a very time consuming task and getting the team together is tough as some have demanding jobs.

Understand that the domino effect of making one move can result in 4 other changes, main thing is that if you want a room for the Sunday curry that Peter knows.
