Gary and Mark have been fantastically helpful to me, despite my indecisions and vagueries. They've made about £30 quid out of me so far... but still they give me time and advice as if I was waving £50k at them. Their second hand prices seem very fair indeed, and I love the way virtually everything is boxed and mint. They are consummate professionals and tolerant beyond reason. Highly recommended.

Compare to many other hifi dealers they are pretty good. Let face it, good hifi dealers are getting less and less, some of them are just miserable old git, some are too posh (for me) and, strangely, many are just too bloody lazy!

Auido Emotion guys are very friendly, bargain hunters's dream type of dealers doesn't always get on with other dealers/importers but I guess that's the last thing on their mind as long as customers are happy I suppose. Incidentally I just had half an hour with Gazza ealier today, the conversation was something like, wow those are big, long and very scary! :shock:

Echo the statements in here, I bought a Quad 99 Pre from Gary which had slight issues on arrival, he paid for a full service with Quad, refunded me £50 and probably made no money on it in the end. :minikev: but it's all fine now.
