Autumn Rossendale Mini Bake Off

Ill be free and at a loose end on Saturday 8th Nov...doors will be open from 10:30am onwards till late evening for anyone who wants to escape for a few hrs etc. Nibbles and possibly a chilli for tea will be served up. No theme for this just tunes, tea/beer/cake etc and the usual good banter I hope - and a good initiation for any newbies dipping thier toe into the bakeoff waters

Evening. Possible , I am holiday till the Sunday. How about all CDP sound the same which is running in 2 channel. A CDP Bake Off. I can bring Audio Analogue Maestro, Cairn Fog V2 , Marantz DR4050 and if it gets back from a Factory service Audio Analogue Rossini VT Rev 2. ( Which will be a result, they do take there time ) Just a thought. Not forgetting over 1500 discs to choose from. Could be amusing. Any other interested Wammers.

Big thanks to Keith for being the perfect host again. The first digital only bake off that I can recall. Keith's new horns do a fantastic job and have been very well integrated with the super tweeters and the bass bins. So much so that the choice of music made little call on them and you only noticed them when some prodigious bass notes erupted as it ought to be. Very even sound from top to bottom. A real improvement since the last time I heard this set up.

We were asked not to mention the DVD interlude and being good company so I won't. Thanks Keith for using your tool.

Nice to meet some new faces too.

A very enjoyable afternoon as Brian wasn't able to come. ;-)
