Hi. Can you suggest what the best speaker design is best suited to give deep, low but tight bass in a small space? By small I will say, 4m x 4m. Are we looking at a small ported standmount or larger driver in a sealed box? Discuss.

That’s my favourite review to show folks who think everything gets 4 or 5 stars!I did consider these but have been put off by the savage What hifi review!
Bit pricey, I think I sold my Studio 3s for under £200 after a few weeks on eBay, people weren't really forming a queue!Absolute magic

No to be confused with the cheap RTL range although they are superb value for money
The room is square - not good. As to small speakers with a decent bass the Kef Meta reference 1 may do the job if you have £7k burning a hole in your pocker (reviewd this month in Hifi World). At real world prices though the Totem's mentioned above are worth a listen - but second hand if they are not too big something like the IMF super compact (3 way), or B&W DM2A may be to your liking (or not)Hi.
