I have owned this vehicle for nearly 3 years but due to lack of use, it is reluctantly up for sale. However, if unsold, it will be kept.

Mileage is 78,530 miles. Last serviced at 75,051 miles (in my ownership).
This is not my daily car, so the mileage has stayed low. It is kept on a battery trickle charger to keep everything in tip top condition.
I specifically bought this car as it was a non-smoker’s car and automatic.
On average, in normal traffic it achieves 30mpg but on a motorway cruise, it will easily achieve 35 mpg or better. I am a conservative driver.

EXTERIOR
The car is 14 year old so it would be no surprise that it has the odd mark and stone chips, commensurate with age, especially on the front bumper. There is a recent scuff (last week) on the front bumper. I’ll get a picture up soon but the pictures I am displaying, were taken 3 weeks ago.
There is a tiny, inch long lacquer defect on the corner of the rear bumper(O/S) and minor marks on the OSF wing. The car has never been painted. All paint is original.
That said, I do take pride on the appearance and presentation of my cars.
The front and rear number plate holders are still present from the supplying dealer, as the rear window sticker (Parkway).
INTERIOR
Again, taking into account age, the interior is in excellent condition.
Air conditioning (Auto Climate control) blows ice cold.
The interior is fully intact. The leather is nourished every few months (Gliptone products)
ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
Engine runs beautifully and without fault.
The 6-speed automatic transmission is very smooth and has the flexibility of flappy paddles should you wish to drive it more “manually”.
WHEELS, TYRES & BRAKES
Genuine 18” Style 135M MV2 Alloy wheels are pristine, having been recently refurbished.
There is not a mark on them. I switched to 19”CSLs replicas soon after the refurb, so the 18s stayed in the garage.
All 4 tyres are Vredstein Ultrac Vorti in the correct fitting (non-run flats so 2 x foam cans are in the boot). I estimate that these have done less than 1K miles and are in perfect condition. Low miles as I had the 19s on (below) for most of the time.
The car tracks straight and true.
The 19” CSLs Replicas with Falken FK510 tyres will be sold separately or negotiated in the deal.
Brakes work excellently.
HISTORY FILE
The car has spent virtually all its service life with BMW. Since my ownership, I have used the well-respected Independent BMW specialist, NCB Auto Kraft thereafter for any maintenance.
I have some paperwork/invoices/MOTs from the previous owners and all paperwork in my ownership. The previous owner bought this from BMW Sytner (Solihull) which still carried a BMW extended warranty. This has now lapsed.
The car has been serviced according its on-board service indicator for all services and brake fluid changes.
All handbooks/manuals are present in the 2 x BMW leather wallets.

A couple of MOTs ago, it has one rear spring replaced under BMW warranty. More recently, two advisories. The fuel cap seal has been resolved and minor bush wear has been checked by my Indie who has said it is fine, He believes the MOT tester was over zealous. My Indie is happy to speak to the buyer.
MODIFICATIONS
• Black Shiny M Front Grille Salberk (Germany). Negotiable in the sale. Original included in the sale.
• Pure Highway Drive Digital In-Car DAB Digital Radio & Audio Adaptor Kit. Plugged into the AUX in to allow DAB radio with USB and aux, without removing the functionality of the Sat Nav and allows the steering wheel controls to still operate. You obviously still have use of the original CD player and radio, but having your music on a memory stick is great and convenient. Included in the sale.
• Front dash-cam (Mini 0805) professionally fitted. Micro SD card will be reformatted and included in the sale.
I have some OEM second-hand parts too. Two front springs and one rear spring, also included in the sale if the asking price is met.
Both original remote keys plus valet key are present and working.
