Canton speakers

I read a review in Hi Fi News the other day, about the Canton 7K. I filled in a question thing on the UK suppliers website, and within an hour he was ringing me, and arranging a demo at my local dealers, Analogue Seduction for the near future

Anyone have anything from this German manufacturer, or any comments about them?

They make high end speakers for cars I did not know they did hifi speakers as well , Google canton car sound system , they definitely make them for skoda Audi VW group cars .

I’ve used their ‘Soundbase’ (sound bar but TV sits on it) for a few years. Good piece of kit

I heard them several years ago at a HIFI show . They used a metallic composite driver if I remember..
It might have been Bristol
They we’re very good ,, never heard the new crop of speakers though .
