I have no experience of this item but would be concerned that the input voltage is 220v and not 240v,which could effect it's reliability.

I would expect internal voltage regulation would take care of the electronics, and unless the transformer is on it's limit that would also be OK. If you are worried, use a bucking transformer; http://www.dms-audio.com/bucking-transformer-diy

I use several for valve amps.
